What are my shipping options?

We will be providing the following options (please allow 10-15 business days to process your order on all products):

USPS First Class Domestic 2-4 days

USPS Priority Domestic 1-3 days

USPS First Class Intl 8-14 days

USPS Priority Intl 6-10 days

Please note, although we do not anticipate any issues, all orders are still subject to delays due to inclement weather, covid-19 restrictions and other general delays. We will ensure your package is sent out in time but once the package leaves our facility, it falls under the liability of the courier and can be subject to issues that are out of our control- you will need to contact the according shipping service for updates on any delays or shipping errors within 30 days from placing your order. *Please note there may be partial shipments between music and merch items*

What is your return / refund policy?

All sales are final. Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods received, please contact customer service immediately to review and resolve within 30 days from receiving your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information. Please be sure to double check all information, including email, before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours please reach out to customer service to ensure your order has been processed.

What if my package is lost?

What if I made an error on my shipping address or billing information?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed in our system. Please be sure to double check all information before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process. If you notice an error, please contact customer service immediately so we can try to fix any errors. Unfortunately, billing information may not be changed. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping address being provided with your order.

Can I modify my order?

What if my order is damaged?

Please reach out to customer service for any further questions with a clear photo and description of your damaged item(s). Inquiries must be made within 30 days from receiving your order. Item will not be accepted if worn or washed.
